The Wheel and the 8 of wands often mean something happens quickly. Wands are associated with swiftness, especially the 8, the ace, and sometimes the 6. The knights also often represent movement and action.
That's off the top of my head. I don't always think it's evident to see how quickly things will happen but if you get these cards consistently, then swiftness is usually more likely. I usually associate some major arcana with events happening more quickly but a lot of this is how you for instance program your cards after a few reads, meaning if you assign additional ones to quickness, then they will show like that.
The slower ones or slowish events tend to be the 7 of pentacles or the 2 or 4. Swords can do that as well, except for the ace of swords. Cups as well, except for the 3 which I usually associate with urgent emotion meaning urgency with a situation. Same with the 9 of cups which says you will get what you want.
The moon for me at leasts means things are in a suspended state indefinitely. As well as the Fool, High Priestess. That's all I can remember for now.
Again I think it's kind of got to do with if you connect to your cards and can sort of have them speak to you to tell you what's slow what's fast, etc. Keeping other cards in context with the reads will give a clearer idea of the timing.
