Every month on the 22nd or 23rd, I get a "special offer" from Keen.  Usually it's add $5 and get $10 free or add $10 and get $20 free. I always take the offer and then save the Keen funds for a few months for when I want a reading. Sometimes it's just free cash.  I missed the last free cash offer so I thought this is great! Bummer.

I got the coupon and the "oops" email, but the $25 is still showing up in my account. Maybe because it's a Sunday? We'll see if it's there tomorrow. LOL

I got the coupon and clicked it. Then I got the oops but the $25 is still there. I didn't think they'd remove it once it was claimed. That would reflect poorly on them.

It's not, I checked.  It was deactivated when I clicked.  It never went in.
