She gave me a 1 .. it’s been 7 weeks so not really sure how that fits but ...

That’s fantastic!  She’s been known to misinterpret her numbers on occasion!  But things have played out nonetheless.

Sounds like a stretch, but it could be 10th-17th? Absolutely no idea! Maybe literally nothing? 1 month from the reading? 7 weeks? Not a clue. But I am SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!!!<3<3<3

So we talked tonight and he again said he doesn’t think that this will work ...

So I’m like okay then bye!

And he still wants to meet for dinner to give me something of mine ( which he can give to a friend )

Hang in there! You guys are talking! And meet for DINNER?! Hahah. And he "doesn't think it will work out"... Yeah, right ::). Stay positive, don't push any emotional stuff, keep doing you, and take it one day at a time. He's showing interest. I would never ask someone out to dinner to give something. I know you will not, but do not push. Stay neutral. This is looking positive to me (:
