If you send a tip to a reader after a reading, does Keen take a cut of it?

I've heard from a reader that they have a forum kinda like this one. They can share notes on callers.

We do have a forum but we cannot share notes on our callers.  Not only is it unethical, our forums are monitored and it anyone posts anything in regards to clients it is removed immediately. 
Most of the forums contain Keen business, promotions, and glitches on the platform.
We are not privy to anyone's personal information.

The info-sharing forums are not on Keen, there are private sites where they discuss clients. I don't know if this is happening much right now, but in Keens/kasambas/livepersons heyday, it was a common thing.
