Cleo on CP the same as Lucy U on Michele Knight?

I went on CP the other day and saw that Cleo looked eerily similar to Lucy U on Michele Knight. I think they’re the same person. Does CP have a contract that prevents readers from working for other venues?

Anyone has experience with Cleo/Lucy U? I read with her once on MK and thought she sounded sleepy, uninterested, and scattered.
