I have a question, just out of curiosity...when you send an email to an advisor, if you go to the Sent tab, you will see some email subject titles are still in bold. Does that mean that the advisor never read the email?

Yes, I think that's how it works.

Yes, unread messages are in bold font, read messages won’t be.
