Getting to Cookie on keen is a long wait. The only way is to get in line and I guess wait until it's your turn. I have noticed that Cookie doesnt read as often as she used to; hence the longer waiting time. It's annoying but I just wait my turn in line until I'm next. From my readings Cookie only tells you what she "see" and she repeat herself a lot , nothing really wow factor about her readings.
