She was wrong with outcome for me years ago....but she got present situation right at the time.

I just had a reading with Veruska, it was terrible. She asked me at least 10 questions, and I didn’t get a right answer. I thought she was an empath and will begin the reading right away. What a waste of money I could have called Gail! Is there a way to get the money back?
Yep, scroll to the bottom of Keen page.
Then under the heading User Support
Select Customer Support
Fill out the form and Select the first Option: Satisfaction Guarantee
Select the call that you want a refund for, then describe the reason you want a refund.
Be sure and talk only about how horrible the call was, how off the reader was, you weren't happy, but nothing technical like a dropped call or you couldn't hear,
and in about 3 days I guess, you'll get your money back.

Thank you guys! I will go ahead and request the guarantee. I went on CP site and called Kallista, and got some answers that actually match with Gail’s previous reading.
Veruska wasn’t good for me but maybe for other people.
