I loathe this new rule. It just made me decide not to ask a quick question from somebody I've used a while who is particularly good with this sort of question. Besides which, now it means you can't or won't add just one more minute to get a final answer, at least not for anybody under $10/min. I mean, you could but I won't most likely. I'd bet they're losing money with this.

I guess in those cases you can do seamless pay. I have used it and I don't think they have charged me any extra for using that.

The problem with seamless pay is that you don't utilize that last minute so you could hang up right at the start of a new minute and be paying for that minute because there's no way to know how much time has elapsed.
