Title: How do you get a refund?

Im new to Bitwine, but i don't believe ill be using it anymore. I have 1 reader i like i tried another one, and want a refund. I asked the reader for a refund she said NO. Do i go through paypal if so how would i request it there ?

If you paid thru paypal you could file a claim thru there.

Not sure what your issue with the reading was but possibly item not as described.
