Title: Invalid Account Status

So I've got a favourite reader who I use a lot.

I tried to search for them today and their listing wouldn't come up

I sent an email but message came up that the message would not be send that that the advisor had an Invalid Account Status.

Does this mean I've been blocked or that the advisor has left keen ?

They left keen I believe. Who was it?

If you were blocked you would get the following message:

Call Error

Oh no! Something went wrong and we're unable to connect you to this advisor. Please browse other experienced advisors on Keen for answers to life's most pressing questions.


If you got anything other than the above response then the advisor is no longer on Keen or perhaps changed her name.

It means they aren’t on anymore because you would still be able to contact if they changed their name. Who was it? Before I quit for good I noticed so many readers left the site.
