Title: Can a psychic pick up things happening with someone else, not me?

I had an interesting reading today, where the psychic said: I see a positive male energy coming through...who is John?
I'm like...umm I don't know anyone named John...yet. Maybe I will meet him?
She goes: he could be a potential romantic partner.

So then I think long and hard about whether I know someone named John lol. And I don't...even though it's such a common name. BUT...my sister, who I'm very close to, is speaking to/dating someone named John. And today my sister told me: John contacted me he said he misses me. And today was the reading I had with the psychic. Could it be that she mixed us up?

I am very close with my sister and we talk like non stop every day...but she lives in another state although she is coming to visit me tomorrow...
