Please don't fall for this BS. If you willingly give him a year off he will use it to his advantage. Good luck in your decision but you've been given great advice here. Whatever you do, please get a lawyer and the judge involved. :)

Luckymom,

I would ask for a full hand-written report on why he thinks he deserves that. Even then i probably wouldn't give it to him. Sounds like he really hurt you in the past.

@ luckystar: I am making more now but really financially struggling because of my "psychic whore" phase of life ;) so I think that can happen ;)
