I went back to my first keen account that is still active but hasn’t been doing readings and keen deleted all my readings. Did this happen to someone else

Yes, I noticed this too. My older account is blank.
But I also think they delete transcripts older than a year in general? Can someone confirm.

Keen keeps up 2 yrs of chats on my end; which I do keep. but I noticed there is an option to delete more often. It’s also not a new practice like the $2 fee to call.

There is also $5 charge if you don’t use the account according to the last arbitration form… just in case you see that next
