I went back to my first keen account that is still active but hasn’t been doing readings and keen deleted all my readings. Did this happen to someone else
Keen keeps up 2 yrs of chats on my end; which I do keep. but I noticed there is an option to delete more often. It’s also not a new practice like the $2 fee to call.
There is also $5 charge if you don’t use the account according to the last arbitration form… just in case you see that next
