So if you go to her site and click on phone reading, it says "speak to my talented psychics" but then says "no operators available". That strikes me as scammy.....

if she is the English 'medium' lady - then she has been proven to be a massive scam ... I won't going details, but she seems to be a truly awful human being who has her team intimidate anyone who tries to come out with the truth about her... you can find quite a few articles about this on the Guardian for example, but also lots of info on Reddit...
when I first saw one of her 'medium' shows online (this was back in 2013), I thought: WOW! But, it was nothing but a good PR ....not my business to tell you what to do, but a friendly advice: save your money. xx
