I don’t think the advisors on that site exactly know either … at least sometimes. Whether it’s intentional or not …ugh it’s frustrating and I ain’t got time for that.
I’ve deduced or assumed certain glitches but even some advisors on there have asked why did I decline payment when prompted and had to explain that’s not what I did but that on my end it’s frozen and I couldn’t add.
It so glitchy and drops a lot and according to my location to (if I’m in certain room of my house or using Verizon in area where T-Mobile is better or in a different state). I haven’t tried chatting via my laptop, but on my iPhone it freezes a lot for payment.
This may be automatic settings function if it’s laptop or desktop or phone that you sign out automatically and each time you are promoted to log when you open a new window.
As far as Rachel… this what makes me think Rachel is so shady. I hear so many clients say she won’t pick up via bitwine. So they try her via her personal site (I don’t know if it’s still active or available) but she’ll play dumb and still won’t take your call. Or so it’s what ppl have told me. But maybe it is genuine.
Your best off emailing support on bitwine to asking why it shows a different user. They may know or not. But as far IP address that’s also super controversial as well.
