I thought of that as well about the obituary. Possibility BUT we just got the dog about a year ago & my grandpa passed 20 years ago. Not sure about the multiple names. It definitely is her voice though.

I called customer service and they said they never had an Alyssa. She doesn’t exist in their systems.
