Do you believe it's possible that the more readings you get the less accurate?
russianred:
Yes. I've come to the conclusion that it's because the reader was probably more general in the first reading and therefore made me feel that she was really connecting because the information seemed to apply to my situation. With repeated readings, the reader is forced to get a bit more specific and then usually starts saying things that you know are not true. This has happened with literally every one of my favorite readers, plus they all missed the bigger picture in multiple situations.

Thanks! IMO, they were never extremely accurate in the first place, just skilled at picking up on what you were giving them and speaking in generalities. I've spent thousands of dollars and I'm still waiting for a psychic or empath who is able to convince me that they genuinely tapped into a POI.

This!
I just saw Nightmare Alley and this is all in that film and it's funny how so many people, even the main character fell for the generalities and how he made a living off people doing this.

I want to check that movie out.
Unless a reader is giving extremely specific information to validate (and I know some people have reported this happening, and I don't want to discount those experiences), I don't believe the reader has any talents beyond being a skilled listener and guesser. In my experience, even the readers who seem to get specifics right end up getting other specifics wrong later on after you go back to them. I remember a tarot reader on Keen getting a prediction right down almost to to the day, but I went back to her a couple more times for more predictions, and she was totally wrong. And no one has ever pinpointed the bigger picture for me.
