I don't have any really close loved ones in spirit so I have never gotten a mediumship reading personally. That said, I do browse Facebook often to check out people's lives. Here are a few people who offer mediumship readings. You can watch the replays of their lives to see how accurate they are, their speed, and the type of info they are able to bring through. (If you carefully watch the comments you can see the validations from the people getting readings as well.)

https://www.facebook.com/goodvibes.cosentino.medium - She seems a bit slower than Jon Crawley, but still gets a lot of validations and isn't going to completely break the bank.
https://www.facebook.com/Michaelthemedium - He is newer to being a medium, so he is a little bit more hit and miss than the other ones. He does still get a lot of validations on his lives. As far as I am aware he is at the best price-point of the ones on my list. Also, I imagine his availability is probably better than the other ones.
https://www.mediumfleur.com/readings/ - I actually got a life reading from her, so I know she's super accurate and fast. That said, she's also very expensive (I paid $425) and the waitlist is up to a year long at times.
