I actually don’t know if it was connected to spending
I did get an email a few weeks ago
Saying customer appreciation and asking if I wanted a free gift
I didn’t think much of it
I’m not sure how much I spent in 2020
Other than more than I needed to
I’m looking at it as a departing gift. since November
I’ve really cut back. And prob since November spent maybe 100 -150 bucks total

I once had the president or some similar office level Keen employee send me an email...thanking me for all my years of calling. It wasn't a formatted letter that went to everyone.  I received the email at the height of my psychic addiction when I was spending $$$$.  It was my signal to stop calling as much. I also turned of all my keen notifications so I wouldn't receive tempting offers.

I haven't called Keen in probably a year, maybe more, but lately it's been free Keen cash every week.  You have to spend it right away or lose it, so I lost it.  Today they upped it to $25 so I'm thinking of making a call.
