Since i didn't want to side track a thread i just wanted to say thank you to all those who don't give in to negative comments.  You don't know how amazing it feels to go see updates and not have to scroll thru all the bs to actually come and read a review.

Honestly it is so exhausting. I was contemplating getting off the forum I think this might be the last straw. I think people need to stop posting for a while and stop feeding the beast.

I agree with you both. The energy of what this forum is turning into is so draining. The admin needs to clear out the members who disrupt the peace or degrade others - seriously a real problem on this forum

Admin has been MIA since April, which is absolutely ridiculous at this point. I do agree though, this is VERY draining and exhausting.

Its just insane how someone has to keep reposting their experience over and over about a reader and cause a ruckus.  I use to ask for notifications but what's the point if its to read craziness.

Gees didn't realize how bad that thread got.  I wish we could just block seeing comments from specific people.  We can't do that can we?

You can “block” people by adding them to the IGNORE list under your account settings. It used to keep you from seeing certain people’s posts. Not sure about now. I’m too lazy to try it


EDIT: okay I wasn’t feeling lazy anymore and I tried it. Basically, you can still see the username of the person in the thread, but it doesn’t display if they’re online and it doesn’t display their post. It just says “You are ignoring this person” and gives you a link to SHOW POST if you want to read it. So...it sucks, basically 😂

Thanks for checking.  Might be our best option.  If everyone did it then the thread may be more productive. 👍
