Psychic Source took my money... OMG!

I set up an Appointment with Moira at 10am yesterday...  Called in 3 times at my given time (which is weird that they dont call you??) -- Anyway it kept telling me she wasnt available???   I called customer service and they were like keep calling she'll get it.  I said okay!  I called back and nope!   Than... it dropped off like I didnt have one?   This morning I get an email that I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT and therefore Im charged -- it was $100...

Im PISSED!!!   They are dooijg an investigation....   the whole thing is sooo very sketchy!!!  Buyer Beware I will never call there again!

Tell them to refund u ASAP they can see u never had a call with her . These sites are so sketchy

that said they are escalating it..... but ive never had anything like this happen on keen or CP -- i mean they shoudl have proof that io called in and she never took my call

Whoa! Appointments did no realize..quess I did not know...where am I these days?
Pay in advance differently than on your account? PS has always done right with me about refunds.

MOney showed up credited on my cc -- but I did dispute it, so Im not sure if it was them or my cc company....   stil i will never do an appointment again

I didn't even realize we had to call in for an appointment (granted, i've only jumped on the queue - but PS always called my number)
