Refund on purple garden/purple ocean

Not sure where exactly should I post this, but really want to know if you can get refund for your readings on purple garden, in case you feel they have been incorrect or from fake advisors? I did get refund from some readers on bitwine and through paypal but not sure on purple garden..

They do not give refunds. I have left over credit and I can’t get that out either . Absolutely ridiculous policy

That is crazy, bitwine is really good then and paypal can intervene here too. I regret I spent so much money over these fake advisors on PG. Do they respond to your e-mails atleast? How is the customer service?

Customer service Is awful

There is no refund policy on PO its says on app that reading are only for entertainment purpose and no refund will be provided

Also if you talk to them about fake psychics they will say that other people predictions have came true so its just your connection with them try others 

Been there done that..
