It’s been awhile since I used them.
I was once warned about using different email accounts for the same phone number or multiple accounts. Or it could be a credit card issue... you’ll have to contact their customer service number (and from what I remember they’re we’re at the time eastern standard time and only available a few days week like tues or thurs... not sure but something terrible like that.)
I was already getting the your account is on hold message on line but when I called the line I was able to access the account and I added balance from a different payment method and after that boom on hold again. Now, I can't access it all. And yes, they are online Mon-Fri during my office time like so not comfortable. But I will contact them tomorrow. Thanks, Fluttershy!
