I've always booked her on her website with no issues until recently. I normally book 10 minute readings. However there is no provision to book a slot. Scheduling is only available for 15 minutes and upwards.
I usually make the payment and email her the screenshot. She then contacts me as soon as she can.
This time around she told me to email her first to see if a slot is available before making the payment.
She said it is getting tougher as she is getting busier. Hope this helps
