I’m all about this stuff! I definitely recommend watching a few Abraham Hicks videos and Neville Goddard. I love his work. He talks about how imagination creates reality. There’s so many more but try those first! And if you want a good guided meditation, I like this one:

Thanks for this....  I did this meditation yesterday, I am going to try to do it daily... Honestly, its a great way to at least think about our blessings every day and calm the mind and WOW if it really works than huge bonus!!!
