I keep getting in a popular psychics line at California Psychics. Every time it's my turn, the recording just says "Please press any key to start your reading" and when I do nothing happens. I thought it was my "tape a call" but I turned it off and the call still won't connect. The reader is in the UK? The recording just keeps saying "please press any key, to start your reading" but it won't go any further no matter what I do. This has happened over 3 times. Does anyone have any ideas besides "Call customer service"?
I'd rather not call customer service. Also, calls to other California Psychics connect just fine.
