Yesterday I found a youtube video of this woman, Alicia Power. This is her site: www.soulmentoring.com

I am NOT her and I am NOT trying to promote her services...just sharing.

In the youtube videos she describes how to hear your spirit guides and I kinda liked what she said. I did the exercise she said and I found that I was able to get some messages.

This is helping me also stay away from psychics because in all honesty, we have the answers too, we don't need a psychic to tell us. So I just wanted to share what I found to be helpful as I am trying to rely more on myself and less on psychics.

There are many youtube videos out there that do this.  Anna Simon also has one and I tried it but I couldnt do it?  Which is odd because I have had several (including Yona) point out to me that I have the gift and sometimes I do feel certain things.... I always just thought I had strong intuition?  But thanks I may try this.
