Hello Everyone,
I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to touch bases and let everyone know if you have an issue regarding my services, please feel free to reach out to me and I will try to resolve it the best way I can. If you feel that I haven't explained a situation thorougly, email me and I can send minutes or finish answering via email. I take pride in delivering quality and great customer service hence the reason I have a policy in place to make sure everyone is satisified.
I noticed while working online, my experience is much different vs. when I'm working with clients through my private practice. While on Keen, I feel rush because I'm trying to be mindful of everyone's time. When I'm feeling rushed, I become anxious and nervous. There are days when I can't throw in other specific details to let you know that I'm connected such as describing your childhood home, or connecting to a loved one who has passed because of time issues.
I try to give everyone the same experience that I give my private clients; but most days there are callers who reach out to me with only 3 minutes to talk.
