I think if you claimed it, and it registered in your account, it would still be there.

It's not, I checked.  It was deactivated when I clicked.  It never went in.

Then it was too late

They do send out offers every month, sometimes twice a month.  You have to sign up for them via e-mail AND text.

Check your junk mail and spam.  They definitely send the offers out at least once a month.

I tried to claim it, but it didn't go into my account so I called customer service... They put it in, and then I got the ooops email after but I still got the $25. You could try calling...

They need to fire whoever is  in charge of these emails. This isnt the first it has happened.

I can't figure out any rhyme or reason to how or who they send the free offers out to. There has to be some logarithm they use, whether they figure it's been a while, let's hoover them back in like a bad ex or what. Sometimes I get the offers, sometimes I don't. I know people who spend more that don't get them as frequently as I do but I don't always get the ones that other people do.

I wonder if this is some marketing ploy. I've gotten emails from other sites saying oops, we have extended the sale and the code is still valid or whatever (not like I was going to purchase anyway), but this makes me think the accident wasn't an accident.

Last year they sent out an email saying that you'd get a tote bag if you answered a survey and it was quickly retracted the same way.
