the worst part is when you are really unhappy in a situation and the reader tells you you're going to get xyz, which gets you OUT of the situation. and it doesn't happen. it feels like you were cheated big time. it just really pisses me off that false hope.
it's one thing to want something and get false hope it's another when you are desperately wanting OUT of a situation and you get false hope. both are bad, but the second really upsets me.
