she's a hit or miss. i have called several times and she has seen many things accurately. unfortunately, it takes her forever to answer a single question, she's all over the place and it's hard to get what you need. even though she's been accurate, it's exhausting and expensive talking to her due to her taking forever. i wouldn't call again.
