I'm sorry you had to deal with that with, sounds terrible. I had something similar with her as well with when I spoke to her ...well, she was accurate with one thing but then with the other things she really was not but spouted off a lot of things including a 3rd party that wasn't there. After that I just didn't go back. I never found her terribly accurate, mostly a little cut and dry and she read more for short-term not longer term.
I thought she just was gone but I don't know why her profile is up, maybe its inactive or something ? Maybe the ratings disappear after not reading for a while?
