Has anybody gotten a refund through the satisfaction guarantee even though it's been longer than 72 hours? I have one on which I spent almost $200, and for which even just $25 back would be of some help. She was $5 a minute and wasted my time asking questions, telling me to go to her web site, asking me about web sites, and not listening to my question so she asked the wrong one and cost me $10. Plus, so far no fulfilled predictions.
