Hey tired,
I was watching this youtube video on psy ops used in area 51 military base where the guy who is ex-Navy Seal said he was trained in remote viewing. Basically the US military knows that everyone is psychic on their own and all they need is special psy training to strengthen their own remote viewing capability. it is nothing new or special. Everyone has it. The guy was fascinating.
