No excuses for psychics typing slowly to eat up our money, the advisors have voice to text now on chat with the new site design! I complained to an advisor about another one I had chatted earlier typing sooooo slow and she told me about it, so then I emailed Bella Love who I have chatted before and she confirmed they do and she said she was part of the test group for it and it works pretty well. So wanted to share with you all as I have seen so many complaints about slow typers, they have no excuse other than wasting our time now if that is the case!

I don't understand why an advisor would even turn on their chat button if they know they can't type very fast.  Wouldn't they know they are going to get complaints?

So many of them do though! Then again there are tons I see on who have awful reviews and you would think they would just give up lol

Lisa Dianne took a lot of time to answer one Q. I definitely feel by now she does eat up time. Not acceptable. I got the refund.
