yep. there are several reasons:
first, there are some heavy-hitting planets in the sky that are in bad relationship to each other right now. these planets have actually been close in this relationship over the past year or so, but they are getting more exact now.
we also just had a New Moon on Sunday that was very close to the whole combo. this kinda "activates" everything even more. New Moon energy plays out over a period of 1 month, so most of April is on watch.
next, we have 2 Eclipses in April as well (4/15 and 4/28). Eclipses usually create big events in the world and our personal lives.
finally, Mars (planet of action, energy and war) is about to get back involved in the configuration from April - June, which can just stir up a lot of activity and continue activating the bad relationships
another thing to note is the chart of the US is also "being hit" with all of these bad planet combinations, so there is some speculation that the US specifically may have some crisis over the next month.
