She was good at picking up on personality of POI but future prediction never happened. Spoke with her several times a couple of years ago. On the last call she picked up and there was silence, I kept saying hello until I finally hung up. I sent an email asking what happened and requesting a free minute or two. I promptly got an email back from her telling me I was being far too demanding and she didn't like the tone of my message. She blocked me, which wasn't a huge loss since she was wrong on predictions.
